I had been trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, with controlled diet.

I'm FAT~!
i know, i dont look like.. but, last week i measured my waist.. It had become thicker by 2.5in.
My current waistline is 26.5in.. How terrible can that be? *Cry and blow nose*
Its a really sad thing.. Esp to me.
Coz all along I thought, I wont get fat so easily ma...
I realised the main culprit is the potatoes.
I had been eating potatoes until I happy sia.
You named it, I had it, for a few weeks running.
Like, mashed potatoes (from 7-11), rosita (home-made), baked potatoes (where have, i sure to order, like Delifrance etc), potato skins and more.. *sinful sia.. .*
Terrible hor ...
So i decide, to cut down on the food intake, esp carbo (min rice and noodle)
Hee..
Thus, monring, I made salad myself (chix or tuna salad, with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sweet corns kernels, raisins, low-fat dressing)
Noon, eat only the veggies and meat, not to touch on a single grain of rice.
heee...
Not yet start on my exercise regime though. hee.. coming weekend ba... =)
