New Year 2010

A year passed just like that.
Fast is the word. :)

As usual, from the various blog-hopping done these few days, is more on, what have been achieved, accomplished, what have not, as well as planning for the new year.

Indeed, its good to set some, and tried to fulfil some (Almost impossible to fulfil).
Should not able to, then to look back and think and try to get it fulfilled the following.

2009 is an eventful year for me.
Of joy, sadness, fears all thrown in.
Yes, imagine all emotions experienced. One word: Rojak!

Joy

Eben & I held our wedding in May @ Novotel Clarke Quay.
Shared our customary with a bunch of great friends, colleagues, relatives and family.
Definitely a day I won't forget (much planning & preparation went to a day of celebrations!)

Ohh, attended lots of weddings! Hee..

Sadness

Saw the passing of some of my friends' ShihTzus.
Some due to old age, some due to sickness. :(
There's nothing we can do, except to treat our pooches well to ensure that they lead a quality life.
Am sure they did.

Fear

My darling Tiger had bad attack of cough, which causes him to be weak.
After various visits to the vet, X-rays and such, there's nothing much we can do to his heart mumor and suspected tumor in the body.
As there is no way I will put him under GA to do a biospy or to remove it.
Far too dangerous for him.
For now, he's leading an pampered life, by my parents no doubt.
Especially my dad. Haa.. :)

There's one incident which resulted in another emotion which I had no words for it.
It consists of worries, fear, sadness (ok, mainly the bad emotions all rolled up to a gigantic one)
Lots of tears shedded, and predicted more in the future (near or far, no one can predict)

It also taught us, way of life?
It will never failed, to follow the proper procedure to ensure all is well.
It will never failed, to ensure all things are done in proper.

As there's this singlish phrase... Everything LAW by LAW, won't go wrong.

It also taught us, we can only trust OURSELVES, not others.

One word, in this society, one cannot be naive or too trusty.
Only will bring one to his/her doom.

Ok, enough of negativity.
As what said, there's nothing we can do for now but to wait.

Er.. No need to ask what, I won't say de.

But i indeed grateful for all who stand by us, now or in the future. :)

All these are summarised in year 2009 la.
There's more, but my pea-brain can only think of a few for now.
Will update as and when I remembered. :)

As for the coming year 2010, what is there to look forward?
Wedding no doubt.

Baby showers too!
Think in the month of.. Mar, Apr, July and Aug! :)

Hope to start the specialist diploma in July too.
