The secret: day 3

Realise abit blurry.

Thoughts on it:
True.. This is something I do believe.
Whatever u feel, think, will react in the same till a change of mindset.
Usually when I'm feeling down, blue, unhappy, disappointed,
I will indulge in the emotions, mainly to feel ultra pathetic abt myself, or even cry. But only for a while, like 10-30min?

Then will snap myself out of it, injecting positive vibes back into my life, thoughts, to-accomplish lists once again.

Being positive will indeed affect one outlook, whether in term if work, friends or family.
Thou some will think it's 自欺欺人, but I sun think so.
It's more of telling self that by looking at things from a positive n brighter point of view , one receive greater insight than walloping in self-pity, anger or sadness.
