SHE was six when her father molested her. He was caught and jailed six years and caned 12 strokes.



The odd-job labourer, 43, was released from prison four years later for good behaviour and moved home with his wife and two children including the girl, who was by then nine.




About four years later, the abuse began again, when she was 13. He started molesting her when they were alone, then forced her to perform oral sex on him, and finally started raping her repeatedly.

Pity the girl.
What's wrong with the mindset of the dad?
Do this to her own daughter?
Wife still around to satisfy him?

He deserved more years inside, and he shouldnt be allow to come out due to good behaviour.
He should have 24 36 strokes too!!

If its 3-5mths, possible but 7month?

Plus its third pregnancy, so rightfully will appear bigger?

Smaller HDB falls out of favour?

I doubt so.

Why more people goes for 4-room or 5-room flats instead or 2-room or 3-room?

The reason is very simple.

There's a salary cap for each category of flats.

2-room, a cap of salary not exceeding $2,000.
3-room, a cap of salary not exceeding $3,000.

4-room/5-room, a cap of salary not exceeding $8,000.

Most youngsters (newly-wed couples) salary range falls between $3,000 - $8,000 (combined salary).

How to ballot for 2/3 room?

Unless resale, which means coughing up a huge amount of cash for the COV.

Those whose salary 3k and less, most of the time, they might not be able to afford the loan (perhaps odds-job worker or there's only sole breadwinner)

Of course, another reason is, some will prefer a more spacious area, and rooms for each of the kids, or a study room (feels good).

Perhaps, really has to come out with another method to ensure fair to all and to ensure each household has a house to live in.

This case...

So obviously he trying to cook up some stories in order to get away from the crime!
I sincerely hope there's something to be done to that charge d'affaires of Romanian Embassy.

If not, frankly speaking, there's definitely going be alot of unhappiness and disharmony.

Not to mention distrust for the laws (cant helped that people has the mindset that the laws is flawed, and only protected those in high authority).

Though I know, there's nothing the governement can do for now, as he is a diplomat of another country thus its not within Singapore's jurisdiction to prosecute him.

Do hope Romania knows what to do and helps to investigate and prosecute him on behalf of Singapore, so as to let there be a closure to the fatal accident.

Its a really sad case, with 2 injuried and one passed away due to brain damage.
