Kong bah bao!

Yes, sinful dish, but so yummy! :p
Especially when the 肥肉 is so soft and tender!

This dish takes 1 hour.. But low heat all the way...

With my favorite cookware.
Brought it over to my mil house, so can cook and share with them. :)

Guess my mil is impressed with the fact it's low fire plus it doesn't stick to the wok and make cleaning a hassle! :)

Not to be prepared weekly or monthly for health's sake! :)
