My first 荷包蛋!

Ya, I had tried but failed making sunny side up!
Lousy hor...

Thus usually I go for scrambled eggs, easier ma.

Yesterday, no choice, tried 荷包蛋 again as i'm helping my mil to cook dinner, thus has to follow her menu.

Result, not bad I thought! :p

Not bad for the 1st try..... :) A few more times, you can "master" it well le...
Making 荷包蛋, the oil must be very hot when you pour in the egg into the flying pan, so that the side will have very nice crispy feel.... ;p
