Down for 2 days

Guess the sore throat virus still hard to combat against.
Thus, down for 2 days (see doc twice)

Either the Doc medication is really strong, or I have been not taking such medication for long long time, I feel so horrible after taking them.

Made my tongue numbed, make me heavy head, made me dizzy.
For once I can't stand sleeping coz will feel so terrible after woke up. :(

Total have 2 sets of antibiotics, 2 bottles of cough syrup (one supposedly less strong then the other)




Seeing doc not cheap ah. Both visit cost me almost 100!

I think I shall be more hardworking to take my supplements and natural food to build up my immune system ba.

Thus all, take more fruits, drink more water and... Rest!
