Mini egg tarts!

I seldom enjoy such bakes (I know, I bakes alot but doesn't mean I like to eat :X(

Pumpkin Kueh!

This Kueh is simply too delicious!
Thanks Katherine for sharing the recipe.

Looks at the vibrant color of this pumpkin!
Orange food is good for eyes

Surprisingly it's not that tedious slicing this up
Perhaps it's quite old thus softer
(I remembered its hardwork trying to cut it up previously)




After adding the flour mixture
Preparing my pressure cooker to do the work!

20 min is all it takes. ;)



After 20min (the pressure cooker will beep u!), release pressure n let cool for approximately 1 hr.
Viola! Pumpkin Kueh..

Once start eating, can't stop!
Eben dear will ascertain that as he got hooked too. :)

Cake POP!

Nope, not that another bro pop, but I made cake pop today (tonight sounds more appropriate)

And I realized, cake pops are extremely sweet (x 10000)!

Not that healthy huh?
But pretty la.

Well, today's cake pops not so pretty coz not enough time.
Ya, I know, another rushed job. :(

As I'm not able to attend my friend's girl first birthday (I won't be in town), so decided to make cake pop for her.
Since she had wanted to make herself but she didn't manage to succeed (she not into baking la)

Ans so, only tonight has some time slot to make so...
Here it goes!

First, bake a cake!
I choose choose to bake a chocolate cake.
Outcome, really spongy!



Next, I broke it intro crumbs!




Then, add frosting to it. ( can prepare own or get ready-made)



Ya, I got chocolate frosting. :p

Then, roll into balls!




Place intro fridge to harden it.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate (in my case, I uses candy melt - also reason y its going be ultra-sweet!!)

Then, roll it all over
No picture as getting late plus the silly stand not functioning really well.
气到我....

Final outcome not really as I wanted it to be.
Blame on the cookie icing. Way too watery, thus I'm not able to write letters on it. :(



Not really pretty right?

Shall attempt a nicer one next time.

As for this, hope jash likes it ba.

Thou frankly, it's really sweet......

Marble chiffon cake

The difference between cooking n baking is...

Baking has to follow the stated ingredients, whereas cooking is free-play.

Tried to substitute cake flour with plain flour.

And the result, more dense, didn't raise high enough.

Not much of marble design. Didn't swirl much. Haa...

Orange chiffon cake!

Bought orange juice specially for this.
but still drag for a week plus before finally baked it.

N it's time to look for a better chiffon cake tin, one that is detachable?
For easy removal. :)



Dun look pretty hor.
To be improved of course. :)
