Lou hei!!

大家 huat ah!! :)

Cooking a feast- sharing night

An apt title indeed! :)

With the help of my friends, whom pop over my house to teach me how to cook various dishes, plus the fun of cooking together in my small kitchen! :)

The dishes prepared are:
- kong bao bao
- chawamushi
- "creamy" pasta

For dish one, kong ba, it's quite easy to manage.
Guess if cook awhile more, will be much tender.
Take Approximately 1hr, (30min for each side), dun really need to attend to it, the beauty of it.

Next, chawamushi.
Using my pressure cooker, just require 6min!
And it's delicious. Eben dear loves it!

And the main dish, pasta!
Why "creamy" in inverted?
Coz it taste creamy yet no cream was used! ;)
This dish is taught by my friend, whim in turn taught by her Italian friend.
Thus this dish is really authentic. :)
The pressure cooker is used to cook the pasta in just 1 min, and it's done!

Of coz, the ingredients and the sauce require simmering (fast de, thus small fire)

Really delicious, love this.
Will be attempting this dish soon. :)

Overall was a fun night of sharing, plus lots of laughter and eating.

More to come! :)

God bless,
Jasmine
